Vicki Dirr - Administrator
Vicki has been overseeing the business operations of Hillebrand Home Health since its inception. She was the first employee and has pioneered the growth of the organization.

Janet Cella R.N., BSN - Director of Nursing
Janet began as a nurse’s aide at Hillebrand Nursing and Rehabilitation Center while she attended Oak Hills High School. Janet graduated from the College of Mount Saint. Joseph with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse for Hillebrand Nursing and Rehabilitation Center until 1995, when she transitioned to the Director of Nursing for Hillebrand Home Health.

Lynn Smyth – Community Educator
Lynn is responsible for educating the community on the services offered and insurance benefits available for people receiving home health. She helps older adults make good choices on their health care decisions.

Dianna Sterling R.N.- Nursing Supervisor
Dianna joined the team in 2004 as a Nursing Supervisor. She oversees the staff to ensure that the clients are happy with the services they are receiving.
Dianna is interested in hearing from you to discuss your needs or questions about caring for the senior population.
Bobbie Knue - Human Resources Manager
Bobbie is in charge of Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounts Payable.
She has been with the organization for over 12 years and a staple in the community for over 44 years.
Bonnie Breeden – Scheduler
When Bonnie came to Hillebrand Home Health in July 2004, she brought a deep understanding of patient scheduling. Bonnie is a vital part of our office operation, doing all of the scheduling and being on call in the evenings.
Mary Heil - Medicare Specialist
In September 1994, Mary came to work with Hillebrand Home Health. Mary has worn many hats in her time with Hillebrand Home Health, and is a valued member of the team.
